There is a chap whom I was introduced to at a KTV who is known as 'thee kong kia". He struck first three prizes many many times and when he strikes, you are looking at 7 digits. Best of all, almost inexplicable, is that he usually strikes when buying very very big. He doesn't buy that big every draw.
It's as if he knows it's coming. This guy is no elite or elite-connected. He is 100% an ah beng. A millionaire beng.

yes i know of someone who have struck toto first prize twice as well in his lifetime........perhaps we talking same person? The guy dire straits or dead now....committed suicide or involved in some passion killing....

Different chap. The one I know struck 4D not Toto. He kkylp everyday and supports his SS bros in their licensed moneylender biz based at Golden Mile.

The numbers can be rigged.

There were incidents of a 4D number fixed before and connected people were sent to buy up from all the private operators.
Number will come up top 3 prize.....purpose was to break the 'bins' and bring the private operators to the cleaners.

The last time was almost a decade back and the number came out 3rd prize (cannot remember actual number)

I will have to respectfully disagree with you on this.

The authorities won't risk their reputation just to cripple the syndicates. From my intimate knowledge, when 'bins break', and payout is a certain percentage only, the authorities will come out with statements advising the public not to buy illegal lotteries. Indirectly, they are telling you to buy from SgPools.

If numbers can be fixed as alleged by your goodself, there won't be any syndicates left coz they can easily be wiped off in a month, if numbers can be fixed.

this is from my experience la.....all guesswork....no proof.....but true story

a friend gave me a so called lobang number on day of draw (generic 4 numbers all different type)....ask me to buy private only as govt already full.
i din believe try but number was really sold out.

number came out 3rd prize. then he revealed to me conspiracy theory told by a elite related friend of his.

i checked with private 4D operators...indeed the number not ang zi but somehow alot of bins were broken.
