Your problem is you lack power. And where does power come from? Money.

The problem not lies on the PAP, is the leadership and quality of the MP and Ministers.
PAP should emphasise more on the quality instead of quantity, should refuce the MP by 1/3. You can see that the majority of the MP in the GRC are mediocre, cmi!
