It's refurbished goods. From customers reviews, game pad controllers are faulty.

well i guess it has to be. Look do they produce any more sega genesis in this day and age? Obviously not so the only ones available are those that have been used before. Retail stores online won't be selling something that isn't even produced anymore so now you need to buy it 2nd hand or refurbished which essentially is also 2nd hand from ppl who still own it.
