Thomson MRT Line announced!

Upper Thomson?? I thought they will use the empty land where Lakeview Shopping was, ok the land opposite Thomson Plaza..hmmm could have named it Bright Hill , the 'brethen' can have easy access to "Kong Men Sua" from the Station up from Bright Hill Drive.

Actually, the Upper Thomson and Sin Ming very near to each other. The Sin Ming one is nearer to "Kong Men Sua".

Don't think the Post Office, too congested, & the church land will be acquired!! Opposite Thomson Plaza would be good, since they left vacant land there for a long time plus the old Out Patient Dispensary building is still there. I will miss the Post Office...last of its kind,

where got last of its kind? there one along west coast road beside a old mosque and another one at lim ah pin road beside the esso along upper serangoon road.

btw, no way the new station at the old lakeview when the circle line station marymount just across the road.

anyway LTA like to name station that is not where the place suppose to be known as. anyway, this line will serve the atas portion of the population like the downtown line.
