What SOLVE THE PROBLEMS?....it is like throwing money at 'beggars'...does that solve the 'social problem of begging' It is like the doctor, giving you medicine to suppress the pain, ease the effect of the diseases & the doctor, does not have any solution to cure the diseases, just buying time, hoping for a cure or miracle, or better still, ' you die' & that is the final solution. This is what the PxP & their candidates is offering.....
