台北市中山區驚傳槍擊案件，今天凌晨3時許，1名30歲的廖姓男子，駕駛賓士車來到林森北路及長春路口，警員吳宗翰及籃鈺棠巡邏經過時發現，廖男將車違停在紅線上，隨即上前進行盤查，孰料，吳員一靠近賓士車時，副駕駛座的邱姓男子（40歲）迅速下車逃跑。

吳、籃2員立刻尾隨追趕，邱男狂奔50公尺後，眼見吳員逐漸靠近，隨即從腰際拔出改造手槍，轉身朝對方開了1槍，但吳員早有防範，不但先一步閃身避開，還拔出警棍打落手槍，邱男往前跑幾步後跌倒在地，吳、籃2員迅速將他壓制在地，並在他身上搜出改造手槍2把及子彈36顆等證物。

廖男向警方供稱，他與並不知道對方身上有帶槍；邱男則表示，他與廖男一同前來林森北路訪友，對於槍枝來源及目的，則是一概不願透露；警方清查後發現，兩人皆是混跡北市北投區的幫派份子，由於邱男隨身攜帶雙槍，警方不排除他是前來尋仇或火拼，全案訊後將邱男依槍砲罪移送法辦，並進一步追查其攜槍動機。

For the source and purpose of the gun, he would not disclose it; After the investigation, it was found that both of them were gang members in the Beitou District of Beibei City. Since Qiu Nan carried two pairs of guns with him, the police did not rule out that he came to seek revenge or rush. After the case, Qiu Nan was transferred to the law by gun crime.
