Why should a person who does not have the intention to kill is still found guilty and sentenced to 10 years jail on a reduced charge
Instead he should be sent to hospital for treatment and be under constant supervision
Many are born with a mental disease through no fault of theirs
Sometimes the mental disease lies dormant in the background for years until it is triggered and blown out into the open by an extreme personal experience
I told one guy who suffers from this disease to say some prayers when he feels something is about to happen
He replied it is not possible because the moment he thinks of God the Devil comes in and it is extremely terrifying for him
This poor guy who killed his ill fated wife should be given treatment instead of punishment which would serve no purpose
Never make fun of any person esp one who suffers from a mental illness which itself is an extreme punishment for the person afflicted with the disease
But I guess judges have no feelings or will say their hands are tied
