Yes u are right...the reasons why blangahs etc are hired to do such jobs so that Singaporeans are given jobs in the PMET category, to increase cost for the locals to pay blangah more is really dumb. If there is a surplus in conservency charges, the surplus should be used to reduce charges not increase it. No one will support increase charges to give blangas a pay rise. they are here to keep such cost low. I mean how many locals will work as cleaners?
