If you think that Bukit Batok MRT station is the only place with serious rat infestation, you are wrong. The other 3 places with serious rat infestations are Jurong/Boon Lay, Ang Mo Kio and Orchard Road. Obviously, the relevant town councils are sleeping on their jobs.
This report highlights the rat infestation in Woodlands Industrial Park where cables have been bitten by rats there.
