If you think that Bukit Batok MRT station is the only place with serious rat infestation, you are wrong. The other 3 places with serious rat infestations are Jurong/Boon Lay, Ang Mo Kio and Orchard Road. Obviously, the relevant town councils are sleeping on their jobs.
