I have a better idea. Since one Gurkha is 20 times the soldier that one of our NSmen guniang are, we should stop NS, and hire 20,000 Gurkhas as the sole force of the SAF. The unemployed SAF regulars and reservist who do not have to serve anymore can be released into the workforce to replace FTs.
