These are cheap ways to be wasteful of resources (the tubes) to SAVE TIME (reloading time), time precious during combat. So if you needed need to fire 5 RPGs, just sling 5 tubes, and fire and throw, and fire the next, and throw again, and repeat. Instead if you used the reload type you carry too many items. Each RPG got it's own container protective carrying tube. So you carry each of them plus the reusable launcher = you need to sling 6 tubes! You get to firing position, fire, open the carrying tube take out the RPG, reload it inside the launcher tube, and aim again and fire again, your fucking target got lots of time to move, either to flee from you or to move to safe hiding or move towards you, to seek to kill you, and might had already fired at your position, and next thing you know.... you met god and your ancestors suddenly and ROD Loh!

In combat time is live and death. You give enemy no time, you fired once and your position is exposed. They will fire at your position! You reload? Your limbs are blown off before your reload is done! You reload once more? Your fucking ass is blown into pieces already! Most time saving way is no reload. Chink pengkia also need not carry 5 of those by himself.
More likely than not , all the chink pengkias might be packing 2 or 3 of those shoot and scoot throw aways.

Compared to one fucking Matador reusable launcher with other matador in container carrying tubes that got to be loaded.
What if the pengkia with the Matador launcher kenna blow up with his launcher in pieces?
Those remaining matadors in container carrying tubes be used to clobber the enemies on the heads?
