Hungarian

Not only spoken in Hungary, this difficult language is also heard in Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, and the Ukraine.

Basque

Basque is extremely difficult to learn as it is a language isolate, meaning it isn't similar to any other language which makes it that much harder to learn.

Croatian

If you speak Croatian, then good on you! You know one of the world's most difficult languages.
Croatian and Slovenian is not difficult.
Whereas Serbian is a little more difficult, because it uses the Cyrillic script, although many words are similar to Croatian and Slovenian in meaning and pronunciation (such as dobrei, lepa, hvala, kako siti)
I completed grade one in Slovenian.

Polish

Learning Polish is no walk in the park.
Polish is not difficult, except for cz (pronounced as ch), sz (sh), and l with a line through is w (were), the English w is pronounced almost as a V
Masculine and feminine declanations.
A male with a family name Kowalski, but his wife will be Kowalska.

Noted with thanks.

Korean

Korean is also a language isolate. It's hard to learn because of its completely different alphabet and grammatical structure.

I have heard spoken Korean and seen its very unusual alphabet, and although I have not tried to learn the basics, I imagine that Korean may be difficult.
But due to English being the default business language and internet language, I believe that notwithstanding the billion who speak French, Hindu, Mandarin, Russian and Spanish, English is almost an universal international language.
However, I would love to be fluent in French and Mandarin.

Norwegian

Finally! A language that gets a score of one on the difficulty ranking list. While still a hard language, Norwegian actually has some similarities to English.

Danish

Mutually intelligible to Norwegian is Danish, the official language of Denmark.
