A child accompanies his father to a hawker center. After eating his food, an old lady came over to clean their. The little boy seeing the old woman weak and frail cleaning the table turn to his father and asked, " the woman is already so old and weak, how come she must still work? ". The father told the son if the old woman did not work the govt would have to spend money to take care of her and this money would have to come from the citizens.

There and then the father teaches the child the importance of money, the importance of guarding your own selfish interest first and how to think like the PAP. But it is not all true this reasoning that we are told. There is enough money just that the PAP govt prefers to spend on defense and thingsnd things like scholarship for foreigners ..which the PAP govt believes will ultimately strengthen Singapore's economy (by competing against Singaporeans for jobs? ).
By being economically expedient and spending excessively on defense the PAP
thinking is singapore will get stronger. This is not true.

Without a just cause. without strong purpose of building and preserving that which serves a higher moral purpose and common values worth preserving our society will go into.decline ...nobody lives.life will be willing to sacrifice it to.preserve an economic corporation that exists for the purpose.of prospering the few. neither can you stop corruption and rot by paying high salaries when there is no.sense of.moral.purpose....just look.at tge.many corruption cases we are seeing.

The father does better by telling his child it is wrong to make the old weak.lady work and we shoukd do our part to ensure it does not continue because the strength of our society depends on how.muxh one singaporean is willing to sacrifice for another. Leaders who.don't inspire a sense of purpose and who themselves set the wrong example of demanding the highest salaries.in the world...while so.many of our workers take home the lowest pay in the developed world, will not make this country stronger and more.cohesive

The old woman should be taken care of by her family not the government. If the family has not lived up to its responsibilities of looking after those who raised them, they are an absolute disgrace and should be shamed.

In reality, the nation have been providing welfare state benefits (juz because of one party rule system) to leeches aka papees leeching on the system. These leeches aka papees wasting nation's time and resources and etc every single second of the Mother Earth's day. By some unfortunate default, we as a nation have to put food on table and tonnes of $$$ for these leeches...

The country needs the government (employees of the public) to work for the country.
Can these leeches aka papees become self reliant? Get a job and be prepared to work hard
at least for once in a lifetime. Stop Leeching on the system.

FUCK PAP, FUCK PAP, FUCK PAP.........
MAY PAPEES, CRONIES N FAMILIES BURN ETERNALLY IN HELLS.........
MAJULLAH SINGAPURA.........
GOD BLESS SINGAPORE..............
REMEMBER to

VOTE papees OUT

do yrself, yr forefathers and yr generations to come, a favor, a service and a long-awaited justice

iamhere says a lot about this:"The democracy shall cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those LEECHES who would not.”

By shifting the burden of caring for the old and sick to the families, the PAP exacerbate the problems of income inequality - the poor and the lower classes experience concentrated financial strain of such responsibility. This in turns reduces social mobility and creates a permanent underclass that we can ill afford.

The problem is not just that we have an income gap, the PAP style policies amplfies the negative effects of the income gap.

funny thing is our proud gahmen is quite muted to such common incidents.
