Probably cost a few million and artist is somebody foreign but famous.
 
Got wall damage but they dun fix but draw picture of man & ladder. Stupid idea.
 
it’s a tribute to bangla construction workers, window cleaners, and building painters. they bear the brunt of sg’s property and construction bubble.
 
Many of these wall murals are done by some art students... you might find them on the walls of certain tunnels. :wink:
