it's amazing when the nimitz class carrier was first going through sea trials the captain appointed a young black female noncom sailor to steer the ship for close to an hour, making turns and doing the 8. it was captured on documentary video and it showed the confidence the command crew had on their low ranking navy personnel and the ease of maneuverability of the gigantic ship.

Steam is World War One antique technology that USA idiots are still using today on many crappy ships.
NK Kim also no longer using steam but electric power lah!
Russian n Chinese radars beat the USA, can track and destroy so call [ex]stealth lah.
Modular conversion flooring and partitioning is call new technology also? India and Pakistan also had this in their school computer rooms for ages already.
The most expensive USS carrier Ford is smaller in total aircraft n troop capacities, then the old ones replaced, this is downgrading strength, due to bankruptcy and debts. The total number if carriers is drastically reduced as well for same reason.
Overall fact is US Naval strength is shrinking and weakening drastically.
Not only due to financial weakness, technological disadvantages suffered very badly against rapidly enhanced Russian n Chinese developments.
Also very importantly, strategic MISTAKES in positioning and decision making. Wrong dreams shattered and naive imaginations denied by rivals.
The US military advantage is gone already with no remedies. It is a fallen giant. Rotting dying and suffering, as well as being humiliated.
Can not hold any ground in Iraq Afghan Somalia Libya, failed completely on their big war against terrorism. Lost all strategic advantages globally. NK Kim Iran ISIA Al Qa'ida Talibans all completely unafraid of USA.
