One-stop haze portal for S'poreans

SINGAPORE: A one-stop haze portal has been set up to provide the latest news and updates on the haze situation in Singapore.

The portal also has the most up-to-date PSI readings, showing the PSI range in different parts of Singapore at different times of the day.

Also in the portal are health tips as well as an advisory section which contains the latest measures by different ministries such as Environment, Health, Manpower.

Our foreign minister will say 'let's move on'. LHL will arrange $10 billion secret payment to the Indons as compensation. You & I will never know about that until the books are audited by the new government in 2016.

Let's not go the way of boots-on-the-ground. Begin by knocking out all their AA defences. Send in water bombing aircraft with fighter escorts to douse the flames. Warn them that if they retaliate in any way, shape or form, the escorts will hit back and the next water bombing run will use sea water, meaning that they will not be able to grow anything on the 'bombed' areas for a long time.

Indonesia is thousands of times bigger than Singapore and a million times more powerful. There's nothing Singapore can do so I suggest you squeeze your balls and put up with the minor inconvenience.

All this talk about invading, seeking revenge etc is simply ridiculous. Indonesia could annihilate Singapore just by getting its 250million inhabitants to shit on the Island. A combined fart along with the haze would do the trick too.

Just accept the fact that the Island is situated in a lousy neighborhood and move on with life.

The winds will change soon and everything will be back to normal till next year.

agreed. even malaysia has closed all schools and alll outdoor activities and banned open burning and spot checks on factories and lorries. they are doing this since 3 days ago and in sonkieland we have ministars still talking like kids and no action. the indon minister was correct after all.
