Cadillac has been built in china for decades.
China was one if its biggest market. So i imagine china EV tech is in Cadillac and its probably built in chiba too based on numerous colour option.

Long range wise EC cannot match diesel. But if EV uses diesel in a EREV, it can match or even beat diesel.
The lolly uses battery to power the electric motors.
Diesel is just a generator tuned to run at its most efficient settings and rpm to charge the battery.
EV has better torque than diesel. So pulling huge amount of cargo should be easy peasy.
