It was israel that sold US secrets to both china and Russia.
To say that someone with a physically built Gen 6 jet, tested and in operation has stolen it from an owner of a Gen 5 jet, and with the same principle that one with a 5G mobile platform has stolen its system from someone operating only on a 4G network.
