These days come in multi languages... some can even get you to say something to record your voice and use it in the text to speech..

Google has this, quite good and free.
Today text to speech and speech to text come together in one package in AI format...

What do you want to use for? Different types available for work, video editing or???

I want to create videos, and I can't do the reading with perfect Mandarin.

TTS reader app is not good enough. I need someone who can speak with emotion.

Then you may have to buy the paid version, professional type.

i bought speechelo just to play to know how to use this new technology..... for IT new technology must invest some money buy the product to test it. No choice.. free version make you miserable cannot go far to test the product to suit your use.... annoying... give your budget per year to play with technology. But if they have upgraded version say 2024 version at 60% discount then go for it.... or not I urgent need I wait for 2025 version and so on...

It says use tap more space bar... to create emotion like taking a breath, and play with the speed to create excitment, lower or increase volume to create anxious... and can add their soft music background too..

I don't need to all these like you want to, only translate from Chinese to English and vice versa... for website use only. And just buy it to learn this new technology....

Also bought synthesis AI io where there is a man or woman broadcaster at the side of the video ... I find it not necessary to have that figure in the video... blocked your background and texts and people get attracted to the chiobu only... hasbas lah... no fun... the chiobu mouth follow the speech but it take too long to render it... pass.... no fun to use until they give me this year new version to try again. They see that I ignore them and want my business, but I have no use to it.... pass.. btw not many website uses it.... unless with nude naked chiobu or 帅哥 and dua liap neh neh can consider...

These days many websites use text to speech and get you to listen again if you miss something... strategy to retain your understanding of the narrative by repeating...
