️ Central opens 'Northville', billed as Thailand's first 'longevity' lifestyle destination in Nonthaburi
Central Pattana has opened Central Northville, a 4.5-billion-baht mixed-use development it describes as Thailand's first "longevity destination," aimed at becoming a new lifestyle hub for northern Bangkok and Nonthaburi.
Spread across 59 rai, the project brings together more than 300 brands and experiences under a "biophilic design" concept that weaves greenery, water and natural light through the space. The idea is built around the global "longevity economy" trend, which focuses not just on living longer but on staying healthy and active at every age.
The development is organised around three themes: wellness, with a strong line-up of sports and health tenants including a jogging track and multi-sport facilities; quality living, positioned as a place to spend time with family, friends and even pets; and community, with year-round events such as run clubs, pet clubs and art exhibitions designed to bring people together.
Highlights include landmark features like a waterfall sculpture called The Clouds, green gathering spaces, a food hall, a cinema, and dedicated zones for children, sports fashion and pet owners. Several brands are making their Thailand debut here. The centre sits near the MRT Purple Line at Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station, with a further extension called The Orchard due to open in the first quarter of 2027.
Central Pattana says the project reflects a wider vision of shopping centres as places that improve everyday quality of life, rather than just spaces to pass through.
