No challenge on $$$ does wonders but it doesnt work all the time. If they could they would have done that long ago and not just a name change. These people are no morons, they know their odds and where they stand.

TLH didn't show up in 1997, but there was case to fought, as JBJ showed up, with George Carmen QC, who belanjah me one of his Dunhill ciggie. I said no smoking in court compound, even outside the coutroom. He said what the hell, want to summon us for illegal smoking? Don't worry, if they do, I'll pay. So we puffed away happily and the court police did nothing. Anyawy, that was an even more bizzare case as not only one defendant didn't show up, ten plaintiffs (including LKY and LHL) didn't show up too, only GCT showed up.

Nonsense. The court will issue a writ anytime. It is for the two sides to fight it out. So if TH sues Joe, Joe will have to contest even if TH has no case. The expenses will bring Joe to his knees.
