Tan Chuan Jin is the PAP top scholar minister who met an old uncle,75 or 80 years old,who told him that he "loves to work & enjoys da work at 80 years old-working,Uncle not short of money but simply loves to work"This high IQ Tan Chuan Jin seems to conclude that old people in Singapore work because they enjoy and love working,I fail him in "LOGIC",his degree must be Degree of story telling,it can't be science,maths or philosophy,which University,I am not sure.This is from my memory,I hope it is an accurate description of that situation,appreciate any correction.Thank you and God bless.

Initially Tan JC looked best or among the top of the candidates that PAP introduced in GE 2011. Now his performance is worse than kee chiu ah chan.

Thanks metalmickey for the very insightful comments. But I wouldn't be too harsh on TracyTan as she's really on our side. As to your questions in the last para, I am a believer in getting rid of the PAP entirely if we want to see real changes for the Old Fart's DNA is too deeply embedded into the PAP already and so Spore will continue to be run pretty much the same way as long as it is in power. Vote the PAP out in 2016 if there is to be to be hope for our future generations.

Talking about DNA - let's think about China. There was the Yuan dynasty, where China was ruled by the Mongols. But it turned out that they governed China like it was China. And there was the Qing dynasty, where China was ruled by Mongols. It was still a lot like China. So you can have takeovers of government. But will the DNA change?

Although to be fair, it does seem like the opposition parties are serious about changing the system.
