徐立信表示，進行快篩時，只要在尿液中加上10cc解毒劑，不管是一級毒品、二級毒品、或是三級毒品，所有的快篩反應，完全都驗不出來。這樣的結果，讓調查局人員都瞠目結舌，不敢相信自己的眼睛。

徐立信透露，曾有毒犯花十幾萬請警察調包尿液，但這樣的作法不但落伍了，透過DNA檢驗，也會很快破解DNA並非毒犯本人。而這一小瓶解毒劑只要一萬五，可以使用三至四次；換句話說，以一次三千到五千不等的價格，便能免除四到八個月的戒癮治療或勒戒處分，對於毒犯來說，十分划算。
徐立信還爆，有藥局私下販售這種解毒劑，警方可要多多加把勁，莫非大家都知道去哪裡買，只有警察不知道？
