本台車長稱在警署遭暴力對待 右邊面下顎骨裂需動手術仍留醫
【Now新聞台】本台車長凌晨在旺角警署外前往取採訪車途中，後腦懷疑中布袋彈受傷，他及後被多名警員押入警署，扣留兩小時後，警方確認他有合理原因在現場才獲釋。他報稱，在警署遭警員暴力對待，右邊面下顎骨裂，需動手術，目前仍然留醫。
凌晨一時許，旺角警署外傳出槍聲，警員在露台持槍，本台車長按著頭部倒在地上。
本台攝影師上前表明是同事，被多名防暴警員持長盾及長槍驅趕，有防暴警員舉起胡椒噴劑。
本台車長繼續倒在地上，以雙手抱着頭，其反光背心及車匙跌在身旁。多名防暴警員包圍着他，之後用索帶把他雙手反綁，並由警員押帶返警署。
當時本台採訪車就泊於旺角警署外，距離車長倒地位置約幾十米，他當時正步行前往取車。
車長被扣留兩個多小時後，警方確認他有合理原因在現場逗留才釋放，並安排救護車送他去廣華醫院治理。
車長報稱，後腦中彈受傷腫起，感覺暈眩，前額撞向地下受傷。
他身上最少有九處明顯傷痕，包括額頭、兩邊手肘、兩邊腳內側關節、手掌及右邊面下顎位置，由於X光照片顯示這位置有骨裂，要留院接受手術。
受傷車長表示，部分傷勢是在警署內造成，有數名警員將他帶往樓梯，有人將他的面按在牆上，又曾用警棍打他的頭、手及腳，其間他多次向警員表明為本台員工。
受傷車長為本台外判司機，當時手持印有本台標記的反光背心。
本台對車長受傷倒地及表明身分後，仍被按在地上綁上索帶押返警署，表示極度遺憾。
車長在負傷情況下，在警署內遭暴力對待，本台強烈譴責警方濫用武力，促請警方執法必須克制，並徹底調查事件。
