博愛座讓座問題爆衝突 23歲男遭「推頭撞窗戶」

又有因為博愛座爆發衝突的事件！高雄兩名中年男子搭乘捷運，看到23歲李姓男子坐在博愛座上，沒有讓座，不僅大聲斥責，還拉李姓男子的頭撞擊窗戶，但事發第一時間警方卻說是李姓男子情緒失控，在車廂內大吼大叫才被通報，結果同車乘客PO出事發當時的影片，打臉警察，警方事後才通知兩名中年男子到案，並依強制罪嫌將他們移送。

民眾用手機拍下畫面，兩名中年男子在捷運上對著一名年輕人攻擊，扯頭撞窗戶，還猛K對方的頭部，同車乘客看不下去，上前阻止，兩名中年男子才乖乖停手，但仍持續飆罵三字經，遭年輕人反擊。

到底雙方為何要在捷運上大打出手？還原整起事件，事發在28號下午2點多，當時李姓男子坐在博愛座，因為腳跨占另一座位，又未讓座，引發兩名中年男子不滿，大聲斥責，雙方爆衝突。
明明是3人在高雄捷運上大亂鬥，但警方第一時間卻回覆是李男情緒失控，在列車上自言自語大聲吼叫被通報，要釐清是否涉恐嚇公眾罪，直到晚上同車乘客曝光影片，警方才著手調閱監視器去查真相，發現李男因未讓博愛座，與兩名中年男子起衝突，案情才逆轉，趕緊通知涉案的兩名中年男子到案說明。

警事後通知2中年男子到案 依強制罪移送​

高雄捷運警察隊隊長杜嘉鴻表示，傷害罪的部分，三人經訊問之後，均暫不提出告訴，蔡男跟張男有壓制的部分，本隊訊問之後依強制罪嫌，移請地檢署偵辦。

民眾認為，「博愛座不一定老人坐，需要的人都可坐，互相溝通、商量，問一下就好，幹嘛要打人呢」。
博愛座存廢爭議不斷，如今高捷又爆發未讓座肢體衝突，再度引發社會關注。
