國防部修法揪躲教召 未來用LINE、FB「追殺後備軍人」

這下無法已讀不回了！國防部日前預告，將修改教點召後備軍人召集規則部分條文修正草案，增訂教召令除寄送至役男戶籍地外，將可透過電子郵件及社群軟體等多元通知方式，嚴防役男們以沒收到教召令拒絕入營。
不少役男退伍後，會以出國的方式躲避教召，根據監院今年調查發現，光是2015到2017年「因事出國」合計超過61,000人，占全部教召核免人數約77%，而因教召未到移送地檢署偵辦者共1,642人，最重被判6個月有期徒刑，長期下來後備軍力堪憂。
國防部此次修法，將增訂讓後備指揮部或轄區警方，可透過網路、電話、簡訊、電郵或社群軟體等方式，將動員令等動員召集有關訊息，傳達後備軍人知悉，即便被「已讀不回」，也視為法定送達程序。
此次修法將排除以未住戶籍地沒收到召集令作為逃避教召的方法，未來役男若以沒收到通知書為藉口，恐怕上法庭也難無罪脫身。
PTT上許多男網友得知紛紛崩潰，認為國防部作法太狠、根本是「閻王令」，但也有人認為「提早通知提早買機票」「直接封鎖不讀看你能拿我怎樣」，打算對國防部見招拆招。
