It was riding on the good name of the Real McCoy "Tai Hwa Pork Noodles".One of the worst bcm, God knows how it managed to expand so much
The fat female assistant at Tai Wah @ Holland Ave is the worst. She pretends not to see customers queuing at the front of the stall as she slices the meat and liver at the counter top. She does not seem to mind when the diners leave for other stalls in the coffee shop; less work for her, I guess. All the staff are trained to be slow poke and create artificial queue.
They could have opted to serve halal pork. Modern day pork is no longer dirty, thus it qualifies to be halal. Time for you to educate your brothers. They can eat halal pork now.If they had served lamb or beef, I am sure it would survive.
Excellent observation and good riddance to bad rubbishAll the staff are trained to be slow poke and create artificial queue.
Damn good news. Don't worry, foreigners will take over the stalls.

Pls la that one also just as shittyIt was riding on the good name of the Real McCoy "Tai Hwa Pork Noodles".
The staff at Hong Lim idling during off peak no Q doing fucked off but once customer appear they will start keep busy doing some work and make even single customer wait. I think their SOP is each bowl must minimum 15 -20 mins to churn out from time of order. The Q and wait is part of customer experience to make them feel that bowlThe fat female assistant at Tai Wah @ Holland Ave is the worst.
