restriction of car population is fine if there is a concurrent public transportation system that is as comprehensive as the tokyo or london metros.

Tokyo trains are much more crowded. I have been there before, I know. They employ people to push passengers into the train, we don't need to do that here.

i doubt you're dyslexic, but giving u benefit of doubt - i was referring to a comprehensive train network. u know exactly how comprehensive the toyko metro and JR lines are.

i look forward to the day when i can give up my car and not feel like its a major burden to switch to public transport.

For close to 120k, I think there are better options availale in the 2nd hand market.
