PEASANTPORE: Imperial Court on Wednesday passed a stingy decree pretending to provide for the establishment and administration of the Good and Services Tax (GST) Voucher Fund. Of course, there is nothing free in Peasantpore and Ruler Loong expects his lackeys to propose matching fee hikes to fund the program.

The regime has set aside S$3.6 billion that it extorted from peasants' to finance the first five years of the GST voucher scheme, which helps low income peasants offset the impending GST hikes that they pay on their daily expenses. Ruler Loong was slammed for his earlier 'tax the poor to help the poor' rationale to support dearer GST hikes. Now he is giving part of his hoard from land sales, stamp fees, CoE and other price/fare/fee hikes to placate stupid peasants.

Setting up of the GST Voucher Fund will provide a good excuse for the regime to extort additional tax, fees and price hikes whenever Ruler Loong wants to raise taxes.

The regime has said that it intends to continue making appropriate injections into the fund from CoE or ERP to fund the GST voucher scam.

Peasant Representative for anti-bapok Holland-Timah GRC Liang Ah Hwa however raised concerns about peasants who fell through the cracks due to the eligibility criteria or Means testing employed for such public aid.

Minion of State for the $$$ and Transport Cartel, the useless Suzhou loser, Josephine Teo said by saying that 80 per cent of peasants were covered by the scheme but they will be made to pay back, citing ERP, CoE, sky high birdcage prices.

Tolerated Peasant Representative R Dingo-ka-chng asked the finance ministry to consider defining the beneficiaries' criteria to exclude more peasants and supported reducing the size of the fund when Ruler Loong hikes the GST to bash the poor.

He also asked idiotic Suzhou Loser Teo how the fund would be invested.

Minion Teo who is silent during the SMRT gabras suddenly seemed to have found her tongue, she sneered that "Do not worry, I will not invest in Suzhou with the monies in the GST voucher fund. Neither will I follow that Teo Pin-pin to buy toxic bonds. I will buy up SMRT stocks because my ministry is going to reduce COE quotas and improve public transport ridership. SMRT sure make $$ and its stock will rocket. So simple right? Like I said, go retake your PSLE ok."
