Not all alot are overstayer FTs and street corner gangsters.....some are even summoned contractors from out of Singapore.....
It's one thing to get a debtor to hand over his atm card but some might not willing go to the extend of setting fire to cars and houses.....in any case debtors turned runners are also paid market rates.
