A 22-year-old university student fell to her death from an apartment in Bandar Seri Kembangan, Kuala Lumpur on Aug. 20.

It was later reported that she had been allegedly bullied by three female classmates for two years.

According to China Press, the deceased, identified as He Enni (transliteration), was allegedly subjected to verbal bullying and isolation, as well as being scolded for her homework.

The deceased was attending Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.

Friends mourn death

Social media posts by friends who paid tribute to the woman expressed the deep sorrow they felt.

One friend wrote: “Didn’t we agree to go out together, attend the upcoming party together, and bring our younger siblings along? Why didn’t you keep your promise?”

The friend also promised to meet again in the next life: "We'll meet again in the next life. You must be well there. You will definitely have a better life there, and you must conquer everything beautifully. We all love you!"

Police report filed

The woman's father has reportedly filed a police report, The Star reported, citing Sinar Harian.

He said his daughter's friends had told him that other students at her university had been bullying her.

The condominium management informed him that his daughter had fallen from the 22nd floor on Aug. 20 before 7am.

He added that she had complained about the bullying to her siblings.

She had apparently previously attempted to jump from the apartment just a week prior before being stopped by security guards.
