Why do people go staycation? I can understand if you have kids. But I see s9me marrier couples without kids also go staycation at this and that hotel. Singapore got home don't stay, then pay money go stay hotel... liddat song meh?

Yah lor. For us, when in Shanghai, we take a hsr to Hangzhou for 2 day staycation and walk see eat rot. Stay Singapore and staycation Singapore got meaning meh? Lol

I can never understand this staycation nonsense in sinkieland too. Unless one is given a complimentary hotel stay, there is no reason to book a hotel when your home is just 10 to 30 mins drive away. When I see people posting their staycation photos on their FB, it makes me sick.
