It's nothing to do with RV parks
It's to do with which states are Con and which states are Lib.

The regions I highlighted are traditional Con.

The reason you find that at first trump started out badly is because the states that were first counted were the East Coast states.

see my post on blacks not showing up to vote in detroit. michigan is a blue state if detroit blacks vote in numbers. whites show up. minorities don't. that's the crux of this election. some states turn blue while some turn red, but purple states go with trump.

In fact, during the democrats primary race in March 2016, Clinton lost Michigan. Bernie won Michigan.

The question is not why Trump won, but how did the pollsters get it all so wrong?? From start to end, Hillary had been running a slick campaign based on research, polling, voter demographics and ads, but the data screwed her up.
