Starhub sucks big time

last month on 4th august

i downgraded my plan and was advised to pay up all current and outstanding bill

which i did and was given a free xiaomi hp

i did this at Nex Starhub

and until now my payment has not been updated

i spoken to ST Finance Dept and quoted my bill n ref

several times and yet nothing was being done
