There's a small dingy Chinese takeaway in Sydney called the Hard Wok Cafe. I thought it's a good word play. Humorous owner. from what i can understand.
there's two kinds.

one is of those shanzhai edition. ie: they still make coffee, just trying to make use of the similar design, brand name to sell.

another is of those just to fill up the blank space. ie: kind of advertising plot.
as the building spaces are up for rental/sale, these sort of stuff make the whole place look more complete from the outside. while on the inside, it's totally empty. very different from the first one.
