I said exactly this for years already as can be seen from my various previous threads

And yet the government keeps cutting dependency ratio and raising foreign talent levies, sigh.....

Work attitude a concern: Qian Hu chief

By AMANDA EBER

(SINGAPORE) No matter how much they pay, there are some jobs that Singaporeans just don't want to do, said Kenny Yap, head of Qian Hu Group.

Sounding resigned about the rising foreign worker levies and shrinking quotas to be imposed on local firms, the executive chairman of the ornamental fish company added: 'It is the work attitude of Singaporeans that is of concern, not the quota.'

By the way how's that Sichuan whore wife of yours? Still turning tricks? You poor sod!

Really? Did he try increasing it to $1M minimum per year? Besides, if he is really unable to recruit workers at the rate he wants, he is always free to relocate to somewhere else where he feels he can get cheap labour. What is the point of basing your business in SG but not being willing to hire SG workers?

Do a google & find out where Qiang Hu is located, they are near to the Home team Academy. I had worked near QH recent months for a short while. Never mind about transportation cost, never mind that, one work say to midnight, you misses the last bus, you have to call a radio taxi. Ok, some will say...buy a car, buy a motor bike, buy a bicycle. Locals have to face, transportation, food & even housing problems, plus having to pay for an expensive government, they are never paid enough; for local bosses like Kenny Yap, wants "ai chi, ai pi, ai, tua niap nee". Whereas the FT's are well taken care of by M O M, they ensured good housing with fascility, & their food & well being taken care of. They can complain to MOM, their embassies etc..

Local workers, you die your business...& usual blame the local workers for being fussy, complaining about condition of work, pay etc. If that is the real problem, what is the local labour ministry doing about this? Have we not heard this complain for the last 30 years? have we not voted ( 60%) voted for the same people, who perpetuate this complain.

SINgapore workers, you are really farked!

Tell me about it. I've given up trying to hire a sinkie. Those twits expect 4 figure salaries for doing the most basic photoshop work.

I ended up hiring a Nicaraguan who charges by the hour. It saves me the headache of having someone on a payroll. I offered the same terms to a sinkie and he turned it down.

Are you really a millionaire?

The thing is, most people cannot handle the truth. So if you know something, better to keep quiet. Otherwise, get fired left right centre from those CMI types. And yes: I agree with all the bosses who say Sinkie workers suck!!!!! Same goes for Sinkie executives, professionals, women. So dumb, cannot find their backside with both hands!!!!! :D

not just about work. the whole sinkie fucking life is to be avoided. stay away and avoid living among the sinkies, it will do yourself good.

Advice to Qian Hu Group Chief Kenny Yap:Closed down ALL your fish farms at Lim Chu Kang and relocate overseas NOW!
DO NOT be a whining capitalist Pig !!!! This mutherfarker talks alot and always disparaging Singapore workers.
His 5 cent coin like a bullock-cart wheel.
KNNCCB !!!

but sme don't want minimum wage so that they can employ the cheapest out there. and if there is minimum wage, cost passed on to us customers. but maybe that is the shift that all of us have to take to rely on spore labour and have locals be professional in service or menial jobs since they are paid more and we indirectly pay the more.

To be honest, I have experienced some Singaporeans with really shitty work attitude. But I have also experienced some Singaporeans with tremendous work attitude. There are bound to be some black sheep in every society, I think work attitude is based more on the individual rather than nationality.

My suggestion to Kenny Yap is to move his operations to overseas where there is much lower costs.

You don't know what you are talking. You are talking nonsense.

What is the Ratio? 1,000: 1? 10,000:1? 1 MM:1? My point is, the Lousy ones outnumber the Good ones by maybe 1,000,000:1. Even the Road-works labourers, every Boss prefers to hire Bangladeshi rather than Sinkie. And when the Boss is forced to hire Sinkie: like, Food Court cleaners, everybody can see the whole place become worse than Shit!!!! Dirty, filthy, smelly, uncleaned. You cannot eat at the Food Court that has Sinkie cleaners, because feel like throwing up!!!!!!!

i must admit i have a cheebye work attitude.

Everytime i work ...i think of cheebyes and what i'd like to do with them....except those with vaginitis. Those i leave to tony and clinton.

Motherfucker! He forgotten who were with him when his business almost went bust years ago. Go visit Qianhu, you can see him proudly showcasing his pictures with the MIWs. First thing that comes to your mind when you see those pictures is "Master and a Dog", Kenny Yap is the Dog. Anyway, i have banned Ocean Free products long ago after seeing his doggie pictures with the MIWs. Disgusting! Pui!:oIo: Nowadays i banned hawkers who proudly showcase their pictures with the MIWs! Pui!
