The overpaid and overrated S'pore Govt is not only helpless to control soaring inflation, but their ill-advised policies such as attracting ultra wealthy foreigners to become citizens and agreements like CECA are resulting in overcrowding, and sending the cost of living skyrocketing. Why are the world's highest paid politicians so clueless about raising productivity that they have to rely on foreigners opening family offices here and handing them citizenship so that they may buy freehold land which is in such limited supply on our tiny island?

Now after GE complain no use one. PAP one ear in one ear out. Fucking 65% voted for the misery of everyone on this overcrowded island the next 5 years.

The inflation rate is indirectly influenced by the nonfarm payroll figure. Notably, the revisions to the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 figures, which showed a decline of approximately 598,000 and 1,000,000 jobs, respectively, will have a direct impact on the interest rate. This, in turn, can lead to an increase or decrease in inflation, depending on the adjustments made.

It's the people who are suffering , not the govt.
The people voted for it and are very contented and happy.

The PAP's fearmongering worked on 65% of the voters. We will be led like lambs to the slaughter over the next 5 years.

What did I say? The more they give the CDC/SG60/similanjiao vouchers, the worse the inflation gets.

It's like drinking sea water to quench thirst. Temporary relief, then die faster.
