Not only sinkies but overseas Malaysians also....generally Asians are like that.
Asians are shy and introvert by nature...its the culture.
Many see their purpose in angmo land is strictly to study and not experience angmo culture.
You see the overseas students like PRCs also dun socialize even when in non angmo land like sg where Chinese are the majority.
