Ok according to this report (not sure how accurate it is though), one country that caught my eye is Nigeria with an average IQ of 69.67.... how strange isn't it... they are able to become princes that sing night lullaby to our sinkiebus every night and manage to scam them of their life savings lol... it speaks alot about sinkiebus low level of IQ....
