I am sick and tired of hearing male peasants cowardly begging for special treatment from the government just because they had served National Service. What's the big fucking deal about serving National Service? Foreign Talents make a much bigger contribution to our GDP than smelly NSmen. And now our former Chief of Army has voiced out exactly my thoughts. Foreign Talents can contribute to Singapore, and I must add much more greatly, without the need to serve National Service!

Singaporeans will do NS while Foreign Talents will take on jobs that greatly contribute to our GDP which I think is far more important. It is a win-win situation.

I had suffer greatly during my NS, having to lead poor, smelly, lazy and uneducated non-officers. I spent so much effort fixing them and making them suffer, so that they can be more obedient soldiers. I thought I was contributing a lot to my nation but MG Chan has made me realised serving NS does not contribute one iota to our GDP. Then I realised indeed Foreign Talents contribute more to our nation than people who have served NS. But NS is still a must as it will compel lazy, poor and uneducated Singaporean males to be loyal to our country. It will also keep them off the streets where they can be a nuisance to our tourists.
