I do have a regular beautician located at Tamarind Road, but currently she is under confinement. I thought of trying out other beauticians (for this month only) and saw the work she had done on insta and find it comparable with what I always did with my regular beautician.
Price was reasonable too, just that I’ve to pay $20 deposit to ‘confirm’ my booking. FYI I have never pay any deposits before with my regular beautician, even for the first time. I paid the deposit to her immediately via PahLah! after confirming my booking with her. (Look how steady am I?) lol
So today is REALLY A MONDAY BLUES TO ME. FML. Everyone who knows me, knew that I’m working a sales job, requires to travel around meeting clients, having irregular lunches and sometime dinners.
Had an appointment with a client in the morning 11am at Seletar Mall. (I stay at Admiratly btw.) My appointment delayed a bit as we had a long discussions with regards to the client’s portfolio. I went to office (Tanjong Pagar/Shenton Way) straight, rushed like mad to do my paper work. MULTI-TASKING! EAT WHILE WORK!
So after completed my work, I quickly rushed to take the MRT from TJPG to Pioneer for this stupid eyelash extension appointment. Told this beautician UPFRONT that i will be late for 15 mins and I’m on my way in the MRT.
She told me she can only wait max 10 mins. There isn’t any message from her prior to the appointment about grace period. I’ve been updating her my locations. Her location is 2-3 mins walk from Pioneer MRT. 4.40pm, i’m on my way to Pioneer MRT station. 4.41pm she told me she CANNOT wait anymore and ask me to reschedule? You pissed off anot? FEW MINS YOU CANNOT EVEN WAIT? You wasted my precious time?! Imagine rushing from work with heels and heavy bags, upon reaching she tell me to reschedule. ANGRY ANOT? She thinks I’m so free daily 24/7 stalk her instastory and find updates or any hidden terms and conditions. YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR CLIENTS IF YOU CANNOT WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINS.
Not only that, she is very rude to me as well. (Even stranger come and PM me on Insta that she has attitude problems). This is how she talk to me like I OWED her?! Wtf is this? LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I demanded her to refund my $20 deposit, obviously she won’t refund me. WASTE MY TIME, MY MONEY AND MY ENERGY.
