I had a slow ADSL connection of 3 Mbps which they were charging me $21.40/month. When I contacted them about terminating the service they tried to entice me to stay on with a 15Mps ADSL connection for $......

I wasn't tempted because although I am now paying $49 I am getting speeds of 890 to over 900Mbps. With Singtel they only try to retain your business when you want to leave Singtel. In all the 10+ years with them they have never offered to upgrade my services

As part of my new fibre connection I am also getting a voice connection. I'm considering terminatin my home telephone because for $27.50/month it makes little sense because almost everyone in the household already has a handphone.
