MOF said the 1.4 million Singaporeans eligible for GSTV-Cash will receive it in their bank accounts or via cheque.

Cash ? Sure bo ? I am short of cash so little $ is still better than none. I check using SIngpass it state only income less than 24k p.a. is eligible for cash. That means 1.4mil sinkie is earning < 24k
