remove all impediments.... remove GRCs; quality will inflow at a quicker pace; you are seeing the beginnings of it and this is precipitated by poor, non-inclusive and divisive policies; slowly but surely we will get there as the rhetoric "this is for Singaporeans" turn out to be bunkum

On the contrary the FT policy introduces competition to ensure that that wages are determined by the open market.

Before FTs were allowed in, unskilled sinkies were earning ridiculously large salaries because they held employers to ransom. I should know I was working in manufacturing at the time. Many production operators refused overtime unless they were paid meal allowances, shift allowances, transport allowances, 2x pay for working on a public holiday etc. Many ended up taking home more than I did every month.
