Suing someone is a clear sign of civility. Singaporeans have progressed from settling their differences based on fights to settling it based on the law. This is a good sign of progress. It is like training a dog not to bite anymore.

i repeate: the rich and powderful sue; the poor and weak just prepard themselves to be sued. only the rich and powderful are entitled to integrity, reputation and of course, their rights to sue. the poor and weak just have to remain silent. or else be sued and screwed.

sometime it doesn't need solid facts to prove. the writings are already there on the wall. everyone sees it but all are silent until someone naively enough to voice it. that's when the suing starts. those who are quiet are safe while the one who spoke would have to face the music.

the question i wanna know now is whether the silently majority still have their chilvary intact to stand up for the one who spoke out the words they dread to speak?
