AVA allows cats owners to turn pests lose in their neighbourhood to plague all the other residents. Unlike dogs to be held at home or go out on leash otherwise fine the owners.

i don't think u can blame the AVA for the stray cat problem. it is the MP that stop AVA every time they want to take action.
marbok tan even invited the cat pple to "help" fix this problem. it's like inviting drug addicts to help run CNB.:o:o:o everytime the cat pple make noise the MP's balls shrink.
this problem will only get worse with another MP doing the same in chong pang.

while enjoying my weekend, i didn't log in for a few days until now. i apologise to you guys that my useless and ugly clone 'ramseth' just admitted to killing defenceless cats just because they were irritating. to top it off he even dare brag about it (as usual).

as for his claim about killing some human legally. i can assure you that he fired his round onto that person after that person has already been killed by other police officers. ramseth can only sneak behind his opponent and whack him when he is not looking. if fight face to face means that person must be smaller than a cat.
