"Lady in yellow and her partner insist of boarding the bus (170x) even bus driver politely ask her to get down, she came up the bus and squeeze everyone infront of her. She and her partner then scolded the bus driver cause bus driver refuse to move off.. She then loudly scolded the entire bus passenger to “move in lah”"

For safety reason, bus passengers are not allowed to stand on the steps. There are CCTV on the bus and the bus captains are only doing their job following instruction from the top. Bus captains have every right to ask uncooperative Indians to get down and not move the bus while contacting HQ for further assistance.
