for the sports that we compete in, singapore should make better use of modern sports-coaching technologies to help our athletes achieve greater results.
it requires a whole ecosystem of corporate and government sponsors, olympic class coaching, training facilities, sports technologies, willing and able athletes and supportive parents.
there is no overnight miracle to a gold. i am glad singapore won a bronze, and also glad that it was ONLY a bronze and not silver or gold. because this proves, that while we can import talent, it takes something more to achieve the gold.
