unison , yes, HDB & private property developer fixed each others price range, they sleep together and fuck each other happily, that is the reason why during this pandemic the Singapore government pour out so much money to care for the construction worker which is suppose to be clearly the responsibility of the private construction company's responsibility. And before the end of the pandemic, already SG government openly give cue to the private developer to up the price.
